Normal booking is from a Saturday to Saturday but other days may be possible so please contact us.

A deposit of 25% of the total is required before confirmation of the booking can be given. It will be returned in full for any cancellation received prior to 8 full weeks from the start of the booked period. The balance is due 8 full weeks before the start of the booking period when a damage deposit of �100.00 is also required However you are advised to take out a holiday insurance which includes a holiday cancellation clause.

The damage deposit will be returned in full a few days after the end of the holiday in the event that there are no breakages or outstanding cleaning costs.

The swimming pool is fitted with an alarm which complies to the current regulations but the use of this pool which is not supervised is entirely at the client’s own risk and parents should ensure that children are supervised at all times. Parents should also ensure that children are supervised at all times in the garden.

Fuel Costs

All fuel costs are included in the rental.

Cleaning

The house should be left in a clean condition by clients unless they wish to pay a final cleaning bill of �50.00. Linen and towels are changed on a weekly basis. Even when a cleaning bill has been paid, please note that the property must still be left in a clean and tidy condition (ie: all crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils cleaned and tidied away and all rubbish removed from the property). Please see the notes in the kitchen on cleaning procedures.

Arrivals and Departures

Time of arrival is after 4.00pm and departure by 10.00am. If a later arrival is required, please contact us prior to 7.00pm in order that we may be here to greet you.

Amenities

Please note that the use of the swimming pool and garden are entirely at the client’s risk and no responsibility can be accepted for injury to a client or visitor or loss of damage to the client’s or visitor’s belongings. Where there are low beams in any room please be careful as no responsibility can be accepted by the owner for accidents on the property.

Parking

No responsibility will be accepted for any loss or damage to any vehicle or its contents.

Pets

We regret that no pets are allowed in the property.

Smoking

We regret that no smoking is allowed inside the property.
